The Eswatini Revenue Services Procurement Unit is housed under the Supply Chain Division within the Finance Department.

Our Objective

The overall objective is to procure goods and services at the lowest ultimate cost (efficient cost structure) consistent with the appropriate standards of quality, delivery and service, while ensuring that the procurement activity is well documented, and contracts are structured so as to promote efficient administration during performance and enhance the ERS' reputation for fairness, integrity and value for money.

Why Register?

The platform is to allow for

• Prospective suppliers to create their vendor profiles and register to become a part of the ERS vendor database
• Current suppliers to create their profiles to select the category of commodities supplied and;
• Periodically submit compliance documents

Important information to Note

• The ERS reserves the right to accept or reject any application without being obliged to give any reasons in this respect.
• Registration into the supplier database does not guarantee business opportunities
• Supplier visits may be made to validate information that has been submitted.
